My jaw dropped when I read this story. My mind screamed, finally! Maybe someone is actually going to target the stupid dog owners and not blame the breed of dog.

Hmm… Maybe I’ll move to Sweden. This is the most brilliant thing to come from Sweden since their Army knives and bobsledders.
This is something I could deal with. That way people can prove their pitbulls worthiness, and make us proud. Irresponsible owners are exposed and cut off.
