When it comes to the American Pit Bull Terrier and toys things can get expensive. They chew through most toys like paper and end up shredding the most expensive chew toys that were supposed to last forever. There's no better place to get toy advice than from Pit Bull Lovers.

We deal with a great number of people and have been asked hundreds of times what toys make for good, safe, inexpensive toys for their APBT.

Here's a list of toys we've found to be virtually Pit Bull proof (there's always exceptions to this though). Below the toy list you will find a list of chews and treats our dogs love.

The Almost Indestructible Ball - My dogs have one of these things and I am seriously impressed. If you have a hard chewer or your dog destroys normal balls, this is the ball for them.

It's quite big. They will drive themselves crazy trying to get it into their mouth. But it will wear them out and last a very long time. :o)

Booda Super Tug - This tug is one of our favorites here at Pit Bull Lovers. You can play tug with your dogs or let your dogs play tug with each other. It's a healthy way to exercise your pooch.

This tug is also machine washable so it doesn't get all funky and leave your carpet stinking like dog slobber. :o)

Heave Hose Fire Hose Bumpers - Okay, now imagine this, a tug/throw toy made form safe recycled fire hose. Yes, these things are seriously tough and a blast for your dog(s). Highly recommend. They come in 11" and the Sqwuggies come in 13".

What is a Sqwuggy? These are the same as the heave hose bumpers except they squeak. Drive your Pit Bull bonkers with this one. :o)
