I’m going to go through a list of plants and such that may be in any household, anywhere, that can be harmful to Pit Bulls. Symptoms range from mild to severe, but all should be avoided.
Some plants are obvious: Poison Ivy, Oak, and Sumac are generally known to cause itchiness, rashes, and blistering. Some seem very mild, but can be in fact deadly: Easter Lily and Cherry Seeds.
We as dog owners need to be aware of the plants in our yards and in our houses, and know what can be poisonous to our beloved pets.
